We are currently juggling two film projects:
ENCOUNTER
This year we have embarked on the mammoth project of producing our own feature film. With a running time of 120mins, we aim to raise financing for the film over the next few months and see it through to distribution for potential cinema release. The Price of Freedom:
A short film set during the First World War, this is a story of a young father, who leaves his family to fight for his country. Over the course of the film he struggles to understand the purpose of war and futility of human sacrifice. The film uses the emotive literature of the Great War Poets, Siegfried Sassoon and Wilfred Owen, to tell his story. At Elliander Pictures, our main focus is on film production; from shorts to fully fledged features. The company actually spawned from its film production and over the years we have branched out into other areas of interest.
