Elliot is a director, writer and producer for Elliander Pictures and is the older of the two Weaver Brothers. He has been making films for more than 10 years and has become a versatile and talented young filmmaker, having shot and directed many short films. His "motivated" slant is also considered to be central to Elliander Pictures' momentum, guaranteeing a fast-paced and energizing shoot that is often necessary to balance out the occasional "carefree" manner of his brother.

Alexander (affectionately known as "Zander") is the younger of the two Weaver Brothers. Like Elliot, he has also been making films for many years, together they have developed a strong and creative working relationship. He is passionate about all areas of production and the challenges presented by new ventures. His "laid back" approach is vital to the Elliander Pictures' work ethic, ensuring a light hearted and humorous production experience that is commonly needed to counter the sometimes "intense" style that Elliot has adopted.
